Starbucks Corporation (“Starbucks”) owns and operates the Internet site located at http://www.V2V.net/Starbucks (the “Site”), located on servers in the United States. This Privacy Policy is designed to notify you about how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personally identifiable information that we collect on this Site only (“Personal Information”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other online or offline collection, use, disclosure or other processing of personally identifiable information by Starbucks, other than the information directly captured through the Site. Starbucks reserves the right to fully use, disclose, and process any information collected via the Site that is not in personally identifiable form.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Each time you visit the Site, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Active Information Collection and Use
This Site actively collects Personal Information from you only when you create or edit a profile, create or edit an action, post to the blog or otherwise submit information on the Site (“Submissions”). The kinds of Personal Information you may provide includes your name, e-mail address, and other details collected through the registration procedure invitees’ e-mail addresses, messages to invitees, photos, and other information that you include in your Submissions. Passive Information Collection and Use
The Site may passively collect certain kinds of information that reveal the frequency with which you visit the Site, the times and dates of your visits, the pages you reviewed, and other information. Information is passively collected through various means. We use Internet protocol (IP) addresses to identify server problems, and administer the Site. In any of these situations, the recipient of the Personal Information may be located in the United States or another jurisdiction that may not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws in your home jurisdiction.
Access
If you wish to update any Personal Information you have previously provided, or to exercise any right of access, rectification, deletion, or opposition to the processing of your Personal Information that you may have under applicable law, please contact us or as indicated under “Contact Us” in this Privacy Policy. We normally will be glad to fulfill your request as appropriate, but we reserve the right to use Personal Information obtained previously to verify your identity.
