Description
Starbucks joined forces with Nike and I would like to start a group to participate in the Nike 10K. I chose Hollywood Beach location because it's not too far from Dade County. Visit Starbucks.com and link to the Nike website and join http://nikeplus.nike.com/nikeplus/#human_race. We can all meet at 6:15 PM at the Bandshell (stage) to try to get away from some of the heat. To have Nike donate money for everyone who participates you must purchase a Nike sports armband or an IPOD Nano sports kit. I bought the Nike sports kit at Sports Authority for $28 and I really like it. I 'd like to also invite anyone to join us on future run/ walks. If interested I would like to start a walk /run group and meet once a week to get fit and stay fit.
